The Icron Raven™ 3204C Pro is the world's first USB 3-2-1 extender over Local Area Network. Optimized for camera and video capture devices with Isochronous (ISO) support, it extends USB 3 (5Gbps), 2.0 and 1.1 devices simultaneously up to 200 meters from a host computer across a 10GbE LAN or 100m across a point-to-point CAT 6a/7 connection. The Raven 3204C Pro delivers the same exceptional performance as the Raven 3104 Pro, in a smaller, lighter design.
Now featuring USB-C ports for the host and extended devices, it can accommodate a wide range of applications. These include extending cameras, sound bars, DACs, hubs, touchscreens and other USB-C or USB-A devices (supporting up to 30 downstream USB peripherals) beyond the maximum length of a standard USB 3 cable (1.8m/6ft) to a PC or BYOD laptop across board rooms, lecture halls or to an IT closet for use with all major UC conferencing applications.
The Raven 3204C Pro supports the new Firmware Upgrade over Network feature, allowing all extender endpoints to be conveniently updated from a single connection to save time and make maintenance and system upgrades a breeze. An additional 1Gb Ethernet pass-through enhances configurability and eliminates the need for extra cable runs, saving money and simplifying installations. Overview
The Icron Raven™ 3204C Pro is the world's first USB 3-2-1 extender over a 10GbE LAN. The Raven 3204C Pro allows simultaneous extension of USB 3.0 (USB C data: up to speeds of 5Gbps), 2.0, and 1.1 protocols across a single link with auto negotiated communication between hosts and devices for maximum interoperability and ease of use. Extending over LAN and the Firmware Upgrade over Network feature, saves on installation and maintenance costs. The Raven 3204C Pro is easy to install; simply plug and play (no software drivers required) and it works with all major operating systems: Windows®, macOS™, Linux® and Chrome OS™.
Additionally, this ExtremeUSB-C™ based USB 3 extender system is FCC/CE certified, and is ideal for use with all USB-C or USB-A peripherals in addition to USB 3.1 conference cameras including: sound bars, touchscreens, hubs, DACs, and other USB 3, 2 and 1 devices.
