We would like to inform you that the EDS-309 Series and EDS-316 Series will reach their End of Life (EoL) phase
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that the EDS-309 Series and EDS-316 Series will reach their End of Life (EoL) phase, starting March 31, 2027.
This transition is driven by long-term supply sustainability. To uphold our commitment to long-term availability, we are migrating to new platforms with more sustainable life cycles. This move mitigates the risks associated with aging key components and ensures a stable supply for your future expansion.
If you need any of these products for an existing project, please contact your Moxa sales representative to place orders before the last-buy date of March 31, 2027. Also, note that last-buy orders may be subject to availability.
The End of Service (EoS) date will be March 31, 2033. Following this date, all support services?including technical assistance and new security fixes?will no longer be available. Hardware warranty, repair, and replacement services remain subject to the standard warranty policy for these products.
